The event is open to all applicants irrespective of the status of the application but attention will be accorded to shortlisted candidates for accountability and a sense of responsibility for the requirements of the role.

At this event, students from previously supported programs by MMC will be graduating and the graduation activities may take place same day and venue.

How to Apply at MMC

Please follow the submission guidelines and instructions, posted on the website carefully. You are required to submit a complete online application by filling out a form and submitting it before the deadline for the vacancy. While filling out the form, you may copy details from your resume to paste in the matching spaces provided in the form.

Once qualified and considered for the position, the required supporting documents will be demanded by the recruitment team. Failure to follow the instructions will invalidate your application.

 
Filling Out the Application Form
  • Complete your online application in English by addressing each required qualification listed in the vacancy announcement with specific information supporting the education, experience, languages, job knowledge, and skills required in the vacancy announcements.

  • Failure to provide the information, your application may be disqualified for the position.

  • If requested, upload all of the required documents as demanded. Please ensure the documents are in Microsoft Word, JPG, and/or Adobe Acrobat PDF format. The maximum file size for each document is 2MB.

 

Recruitment Process:
  • The initially required information will be skeletal upon which when received via a form filled, will be reviewed for placement.

  • The least scrutinized level of recruitment is the internship/trainee level. At this level, you are required to fill out the form and wait for further instructions from the recruitment team.

  • Job descriptions will be forwarded to qualified candidates for further understanding of the job requirements. This is a layer of recruitment that allows you to make further decisions regarding competence and capability to deliver on the job.

  • There is no limitation in the number of applications. Applicants can apply for several jobs; however, only applications that meet all of the eligibility and qualification requirements listed on each vacancy announcement will be qualified for the position.

  • Only shortlisted candidates who are selected for a job interview will be notified.

  • The qualified candidates will be contacted within approximately 6 weeks after the closing date. If you have not been contacted within this period, please presume that you are not eligible for the position.

  • Applicants must submit a new application form for each advertised vacancy in order to be considered for that position.

  • Qualified and considered candidates will be required to submit by email application documents including Transcripts, Degree/Diploma Certificates, ID Cards, evidence of personal development efforts eg Certificates, references, guarantors and any other documents required in the recruitment process.

Note: The position open is for grade levels (Internship/Trainee/Performance Level/ Expert Level) as specified, it is important that you identify the grade level you are applying for in order to be considered for the best position in line with the qualifications requirements which will be determined by the Talent Recruitment Unit.
